Our Returns Policy

 

All of the products on Sarah Maryse's Boutique's website are of a high quality clothing brands. We will always check each individual item ordered before they are dispatched to ensure they are sent to the customer at a high standard and that no faults occur with the item.  

 

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any particular reason then our policy lasts 10 days.  (ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT)  

 

We recommend you to obtain a proof of postage when returning goods to us. 

 We reserve the right not to process a refund for any returned items received outside the 10 day return period.

 

Please Note: 

when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/tan/make up or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging ensuring that the labels have NOT been removed from the garment. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund.

 

If however we find the item has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item. We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.

 

As a service to our customers, Sarah Maryse's Boutique would like to point out that we CANNOT take responsibility for items once washed and wore.

 

 YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING AN ITEM TO US.

 

Please send us an email to sarah@sarahmarysesboutique.co.uk regarding all returns, exchange and refund issues.

 

We advise that you send the parcel by Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery (fully insured) to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

 Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt and an email will be sent to confirm receipt of return.

 

After receiving your return we will refund your original method of payment (excluding original shipping costs) and the amount will be back on your account please allow up to 10 working days. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer.

 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE COSTS AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sarah@sarahmarysesboutique.co.uk.

 

SALE ITEMS

Please note all unsuitable sale items can also be returned for refund or exchange. We must receive the returned item within 10 days of the original delivery date. We reserve the right not to process a refund for any returned items received outside the 10 day return period.

 

EXCHANGES

 Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. 

If you wish to purchase a different size or style, we suggest that you return the item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over a high amount, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
